WE DELIVER TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND EUROPE. WORLDWIDE ON REQUEST.
For delivery outside France or Europe, a quote request must be sent before placing an order by email to contact@theslowcollection.com or via the contact form available on our website.

Orders placed on our website are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and is shipped within 48 business hours. This timeframe may be extended during periods of peak sales.

Deliveries are made by La Poste via Colissimo or any other shipping company selected by us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package online.

The indicative delivery time is
• Delivery via Colissimo in France in 24 to 72 hours
• Delivery via Colissimo in Europe in 3 to 7 working days


DELIVERY RATES
Delivery rates are calculated based on weight/volume and delivery location. You will be notified of the rate before confirming your order. The rates applied are those charged by the carriers. We do not charge any margin on delivery charges.

FREE WITHDRAWAL AT THE DEPOT
You can also pick up your order free of charge from The Slow Collection's warehouse located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. This option is offered when selecting your delivery option and before confirming your order. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

BACK
You have fourteen days after receiving your order to return your purchases for a refund if they are not suitable. Please email us at contact@theslowcollection.com to let us know. You are responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.

Items listed as on sale or with a promotional offer are not eligible for a refund, only a 1-year voucher.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in several cases, including the case where:

• products are personalized and made according to specifications provided by the customer

• products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly

We do not offer standard exchanges. For a new size, another model, or another color, you must reorder on the website.
