Once the products selected by customers have been added to the basket, customers must check and correct, if necessary, the contents of their basket before any validation.
To validate the order, customers must provide the detailed address and delivery method they want, as well as the payment method.
If a payment default, an incorrect address or any other problem resulting from the customer's account is noted, THE SLOW COLLECTION, seller on the site www.theslowcollection.com, may block the order until the problem detected is resolved.

LATE PAYMENT
THE SLOW COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a customer who has not paid in part or in full for an order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
As part of an order verification procedure and to ensure that no one uses another person's bank details without their knowledge, the company may ask customers to send it by email a copy of an identity document as well as proof of address. The order will then be validated after verification of the customers' personal information.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
The final validation of the order and the online provision of customers' bank details constitute express acceptance of all operations carried out.

In the event of fraudulent use of the bank card, customers are invited to contact THE SLOW COLLECTION as soon as possible.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY TERMS – COLLECTION
The customer has the option to collect their order free of charge from THE SLOW COLLECTION's warehouse located in Paris, 5th arrondissement. This option is offered when choosing delivery and before confirming the order. In this case, THE SLOW COLLECTION will contact the customer to arrange an appointment.
Products are delivered to mainland France and Europe. For deliveries outside of this area, a quote request must be sent before placing an order by email to contact@theslowcollection.com or by filling out the contact form available on the website.
Deliveries are made by La Poste via Colissimo or any other shipping company chosen by the seller. The seller will provide the customer with the package tracking number by email as soon as possible so they can track their delivery online.
For any special requests (collection from the warehouse located in Paris V, express delivery, delivery outside mainland France or outside Europe, etc.) please contact us directly by email at contact@theslowcollection.com or via the contact form available on the website, before placing your order.
Orders placed on the website are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the website on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders placed on the website on a public holiday other than Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are also processed the following business day.
THE SLOW COLLECTION will strive to ensure a delivery time of less than 15 days. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed 30 days from the order date, the customer may request the termination of the sales contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In the event of termination of the sales contract, THE SLOW COLLECTION is required to reimburse the customer within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request to terminate the contract.
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the type of order. They are calculated based on the weight/volume of the package and the destination.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by customers on the order form. In this regard, customers must ensure the accuracy of the information provided regarding the address. In order to optimize the proper delivery of packages, it is imperative to provide all necessary information on the recipient's delivery address (door code, building, floor, presence of a caretaker or neighbor if the recipient is absent, etc.)
THE SLOW COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of a package due to an incomplete or incorrect address or the absence of the recipient. When packages are returned to THE SLOW COLLECTION, the company will reship the packages at the customer's expense when the return is due to an incomplete or incorrect address or the absence of the recipient.
The company THE SLOW COLLECTION, seller, undertakes to ensure that the products delivered comply with the order as well as with legal and regulatory obligations.
If the products do not conform to the order, customers can request the company to make a new delivery at the company's expense.
THE SLOW COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for exceeding the availability or delivery date unless it has been formally notified, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, by the customers to deliver the products within a reasonable time.
If the delay in delivery results from force majeure, then in this case the company will not be considered responsible.
If delivery is not made, customers may cancel the sales contract, which will then be declared cancelled and customers will be reimbursed.
The transfer of ownership and risks of the products occurs upon full payment of the order, regardless of the delivery date of said products. Products being delivered are therefore at the customers' risk. THE SLOW COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of an order during its shipment/delivery. Risks are borne by the customers from the moment the products leave THE SLOW COLLECTION's premises. In the event of damage during the delivery of the ordered goods, the customer must assert their rights with La Poste or another transport company chosen by THE SLOW COLLECTION.
Upon delivery, if the original packaging is damaged or still open, customers must check the condition of the products. If said products are damaged, customers must refuse the package and note the reason for refusal on the delivery slip (refused damaged, number of products/boxes missing and their numbers, anomalies noted, etc.). If these checks are not carried out, customers will have no recourse against the seller and/or the transport company.
DELIVERY ERROR
On the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, customers must make complaints to THE SLOW COLLECTION regarding delivery errors or non-conformity of products with the order form.
Claims made after this deadline will be rejected.
Complaints must be made by email to contact@theslowcollection.com
When there is an error in delivery, the products to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to THE SLOW COLLECTION in their original packaging and accompanied by the delivery slip to the following address: 12 rue des Fossés Saint Jacques 75005 Paris.
In this case, return costs are the responsibility of THE SLOW COLLECTION.
EXCHANGE
THE SLOW COLLECTION does not offer standard exchanges. For a new size, another model, or another color, the customer must reorder online.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, customers have, in principle, a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day after receipt of the products by the customers.
If the order concerns various products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from receipt of the last product.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, customers must inform THE SLOW COLLECTION of their decision before the expiration of the 14-day period by sending the following form by email to contact@theslowcollection.com or by post to the address 12 rue des Fossés Saint Jacques 75005 Paris.

Products that are soiled, used, even partially, damaged, scratched, stained, or washed will not be accepted by THE SLOW COLLECTION. In this case, the package will be returned to the customer and the cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in several cases, including the case where:
• products are personalized and made according to specifications provided by the customer
• products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly
CUSTOMER REFUNDS
As soon as the right of withdrawal is exercised by customers within the limits of the provisions in force, THE SLOW COLLECTION is required to reimburse customers for the sums paid, free of charge, with the exception of the costs of sending and returning the package, at the latest within 14 days from the date on which THE SLOW COLLECTION receives the products concerned and validates their conformity and this in accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-21-4 of the Consumer Code. The costs of sending and returning the package remain the responsibility of the customers.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Parties shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of their obligations, as described in this contract, results from a case of force majeure, within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
The Party noting the event must immediately inform the other party of its inability to perform its service and provide justification to the latter. The suspension of obligations may under no circumstances be a cause of liability for non-performance of the obligation in question, nor lead to the payment of damages or late payment penalties.
Cases of force majeure are all irresistible facts and circumstances, external to the parties, unforeseeable, inevitable, and independent of the will of the parties which prevent the normal execution of the sales contract.
If a case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances arises, the parties will then agree together on the conditions under which the contract may be continued.
